Ms. Hailey Watkins was nominated at the Post level for Teacher of the Year. Mr. Justin Byers was recognized as the post level selection for the Smart/Maher VFW National Citizenship Education Teacher program. Mr. Byers is a Marine veteran and currently teaches at the Union County High School.
